Kortlever offers a complete programme for the production of pizzas and products with topping.
Dosing unit
For border free dosing:
Pneumatically until 50 strokes/min, amount of rows depends on diameter.
With dosing pump up to 65 strokes/min., amount of rows depends on diameter.
Universal applicator: cheese, meat, vegetables

Filled products
Snacks filled with pieces or slices of meat, vegetables, fruit, etc.
Produced from an individual dough pieces or continuous dough sheet. The dough will be folded after filling.
Line setup
Individual dough pieces, that are rolled out in a round or retangular shape, are supplied for the production of the snacks.
Those dough pieces are provided with one or more fillings; optionally border free.
Afterwards, the dough pieces that are topped with filling will be folded and individually sealed.
Applications
Folded puff pastry slices or yeast dough slices filled with pieces of chicken, fish or vegetables.
Total plant solutions
Example:
An installation for the production of folded and filled yeast dough pastries:
- Dough weight: 65 gram
- Filling: 35 gram (pieces of chicken, meat, vegetables, etc.)
- Capacity: up to 12.000 pc./hr.
